Jill and Jared were married on a warm day in early October last year. They got ready at the super cool Hotel Portsmouth and had their ceremony in the lush green gardens of the Moffatt-Ladd House. Afterwards, they and their guests took the short drive to the Rivermill at Dover Landing.
Jillian looked absolutely stunning in her backless sheath gown and her bridesmaids wore the prettiest shade of dusky violet. The floral design for this wedding was also beautiful – with soft pinks and creams that contrasted with the cool industrial reception space.
Throughout the day, Jillian and Jared incorporated so many little DIY touches that showcased them as a couple. Jillian is a talented graphic designer and she designed all the signage and paper goods. The groomsmen wore comic book themed pocket squares, and the speeches were full of references to Jillian and Jared’s fun personalities. These two also made their reception really fun for their guests. From the dessert bar to the live band who kept everyone dancing, to the cigar bar.

You have an amazing way of using light creatively at receptions. That phone and the ring is so cute. And the back of her dress is incredible. Gorgeous! Well done!
Thank you so much, Elisabeth!
